I hate scripting but love it when it saves time!!

    Some modifications have been done on the scripts. Readme has been added and getword script has changed so that it can be easily customized.

    I've moved from Windows Tridional Shell to Powershell. I'm not currently using these scripts and don't have time to test them up in different platform (they work fine in my machine). If you find issues with attached scripts please mention. I'll update with fix.
